The Duo consists of Montreal born (Latin Percussionist, Producer, DJ) Myles Bigelow and Chilean born (Producer, DJ) Luis Machuca. With both guys coming from enriched musical back grounds it’s easy to see why their music harnesses an abundance of ethnic influence. Deep Culture believes in the balance of modern music production mixed with cultural music stemming from African, Latin American and Soulful roots. Deep Culture bases their concepts off building timeless pieces of danceable music for their catalogue and like to think of their sound as something they have tagged “Boutique House”. Up to date, opportunity has allowed Deep Culture to release some great underground favorites such as “Love Sick”, “Soul Inspiration”, “Afrotek” & “Electric Samba”. They have collaborated with artists such as Julius Papp & Deborah Bond for "Believe" a Neo Disco heater. As well remix work with Oscar.P, Davidson Ospina and Christian Scott.
